What happens
How a race day flows
Exact times vary by meeting. The event update is always the final check before you travel.

Arrive & set up
Check in, find a pit space and make the car safe and ready.

Practice
Learn the layout and check the car and timing transponder.
- 03
Qualifying
Timed runs determine the final groups. Racers marshal between runs.
- 04
Finals
Race the drivers closest to your pace, then help leave the venue tidy.

WLRC entry or external organiser?
The Futaba Grand Prix uses WLRC’s form. BRCA, King of Clubs and Iconic Cup entries remain with their organisers. Every event card states the current route.

Touring car classes and permitted equipment are confirmed for each meeting. Use the event-specific action shown on the fixture; external events retain their own entry systems.
